Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions in Mankato, MN is hiring a Production Specialist for a leading electronics manufacturer. You will help assemble cable and wire products in a clean, team-oriented setting and gain reliable hours with weekly pay.

This temporary/contract role requires following detailed instructions, performing quality checks, crimping wires, and supporting various production lines. Weekend shift Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm with cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is required or preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in different production areas.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are expected.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders and procedural instructions before starting each assignment.
• Perform required quality assurance checks throughout the production process.
• Crimp wires and assemble wire, cable, and harness components.
• Assist with electro-mechanical assembly tasks as needed.
• Cross-train and support other production lines or departments.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow housekeeping standards.
