Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is seeking Manufacturing Specialists for Bloomington, MN. Pay rate is $20.00-$23.00 per hour with weekly pay and contract-to-hire opportunities. Work shifts are 6:00 AM-6:00 PM or 6:00 PM-6:00 AM in a fast-paced production environment.

You will support all aspects of production, operate and monitor equipment, perform assembly and inspection, handle materials, and participate in lean and quality initiatives while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and understand work instructions.
Effective written and verbal communication in English.
Basic math and measurement skills for production

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of production, including equipment setup and operation.
Operate machinery to meet schedules, quality and efficiency goals.
Perform assembly, packaging, inspection, testing and material handling.
Load raw materials and unload finished products using material handling equipment.
Complete changeovers, cleaning, and prep for production requirements.
Inspect in-process and finished products for quality and compliance.
