Job summary

Conagra Brands in North Mankato, Minnesota is seeking a full-time production team member for the 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shift. You will process and package food safely, meeting food safety and quality standards while following specifications and maintaining a clean work area.

This role includes holiday pay, 401(k), medical, dental and vision benefits. You will operate kettles, pallet jacks and packaging lines, perform accurate measurements, and sanitize equipment to support a safe, efficient production

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized production area to promote a safe work environment.
• Follow processing specifications for varying products and materials.
• Inspect products and remove defective product from the production and packaging line.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment as necessary.
• Identify and set up the correct raw materials, recipes and utensils for each product.
• Complete exact measurements according to recipes to ensure product standards are met.
• Operate multiple electric kettles simultaneously.
• Remove popped corn from kettles and dispense it into bins.
• Assemble corrugate items into cases or displays, package bags and palletize finished products according to specifications.
• Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet wrappers.

Job description

Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $20.85 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will safely process and package food that meets food safety and quality requirements at our North Mankato, Minnesota facility. This is a non-seasonal, full-time, year-round position with holiday pay, 401K, medical, prescription, dental and vision benefits.

Physical Requirements

More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
