Job summary

Conagra Brands in North Mankato, Minnesota is hiring for a full-time production role. Shift is 6:00 PM–6:00 AM with a $20.85 per hour base pay plus a $1.50 shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits.

You will follow recipes and processing specs, maintain clean, safe production areas, inspect products, and operate kettles, packaging lines, and palletizing equipment. This non-seasonal position offers holiday pay and full medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and savings plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized production area to promote a safe work environment.
• Follow processing specifications for varying products and materials.
• Inspect products and remove defective product from the production and packaging line.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment as necessary.
• Identify and set up the correct raw materials, recipes and utensils for each product.
• Complete exact measurements according to recipes to ensure product standards are met.
• Operate multiple electric kettles simultaneously.
• Remove popped corn from kettles and dispense it into bins.
• Assemble corrugate items into cases or displays, package bags and palletize finished products according to specifications.
• Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet wrappers.

Job description

Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $20.85 an hour + $1.50 shift differential Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will safely process and package food that meets food safety and quality requirements at our North Mankato, Minnesota facility. This is a non-seasonal, full-time, year-round position with holiday pay, 401K, medical, prescription, dental and vision benefits.

Physical Requirements

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
