You will monitor and assist in line production labor, ensuring product quality while joining a diverse team of over 400 associates. Responsibilities

• You will be making Odom’s Tennessee Pride and Sandwich Bros.’s sandwich products by hand, including adding meat and/or cheese within the biscuit or flatbread pocket.
• You will help perform product checks on Sandwich Bros. and Odom's Tennessee Pride products to ensure quality for our consumers
• Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line; you as production worker will play an active role
• Cleanliness is important at our facilities; you will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area
• Production workers will be trained and developed to support any position on the production line
• You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.

Ingredients Required For Your Success

• This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.
• This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us; we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment.
• Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.
• Due to food handling requirements, employees may not wear jewelry, artificial nails (including acrylic, gel, or press-on nails), nail polish, or false eyelashes.

Physical Requirements:

Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials. Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary. More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.
