Conagra Brands in North Mankato, MN is seeking a dedicated production worker to safely process and package foods at our facility. The shift runs from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with an hourly rate of $20.85, and the position includes holiday pay, 401K and medical, prescription, dental and vision benefits.

This is a non-seasonal, full-time role with opportunities for growth. You will maintain a clean production area, follow recipes and specifications, inspect products, operate kettles and pallets, and

• Maintain a clean and organized production area to promote a safe work environment.
• Follow processing specifications for varying products and materials.
• Inspect products and remove defective product from the production and packaging line.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment as necessary.
• Identify and set up the correct raw materials, recipes and utensils for each product.
• Complete exact measurements according to recipes to ensure product standards are met.
• Operate multiple electric kettles simultaneously.
• Remove popped corn from kettles and dispense it into bins.
• Assemble corrugate items into cases or displays, package bags and palletize finished products according to specifications.
• Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet wrappers.

Shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $20.85 an hour

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will safely process and package food that meets food safety and quality requirements at our North Mankato, Minnesota facility. This is a non-seasonal, full-time, year-round position with holiday pay, 401K, medical, prescription, dental and vision benefits.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized production area to promote a safe work environment.
• Follow processing specifications for varying products and materials.
• Inspect products and remove defective product from the production and packaging line.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment as necessary.

Physical Requirements

More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:

• Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
• Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
• Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
