Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
• Self-motivated and driven desire to succeed with minimal direction.
• Ability to work both in a team and individually; ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Eligible to readily obtain a US Government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures production team adherence to company, business, program and site policies, procedures and defined processes.
• Coordinates the planning, organization, control, integration and completion of manufacturing program contracts.
• Accountable for shop performance to targets in Cost, Quality, Schedule, 6S and Continuous Improvement.
• Reinforce a culture that values and embraces continuous improvement.
• Ensures tooling, workplace layouts and staffing are aligned to meet capacity needs.
• A working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning, Resource and Capacity Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Inventory Management and Shop Floor metrics.
• Support Production Operations through collaboration with cross functional teams, including Technicians, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Test Engineering, Parts Production Control, Engineering, and Program Management.
• Engage in proposals involving manufacturing content, estimates and/or concept of operation.
