Job summary

Staffmark Group in West Chester, OH is seeking a Production Associate on a direct-hire basis. The role offers hourly pay from $17 to $40, with shift differentials and multiple schedules including weekend options, and paid time for weekend shifts.

You will join a safety-focused manufacturing team, learning quickly while contributing to production goals, quality, and efficiency on every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, manufacturing plans, work instructions, travelers, and routers to complete production tasks accurately.
• Assemble, manufacture, paint, and inspect components and finished products according to specifications and schedules.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges, scales, and other precision tools.
• Operate production equipment including presses, CNC machines, ovens, autoclaves, and related systems.
• Obtain, track, and document materials while maintaining accurate production and quality records.
• Prepare molds, tools, and hardware for production including cleaning and de-molding operations.
• Utilize pneumatic and hand tools to complete manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production processes, verify product conformance, and document inspections.
