Production Specialist (2nd Shift)

The role involves operating in a team environment to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of refilling, re-valving, requalifying, refurbishing, packaging, and storing propane cylinders. Each cylinder is cleaned, leak-tested, inspected, and delivered nationwide.

• Labor intensive: requiring frequent lifting and stacking of 40lb cylinders
• Outdoor work environment with varying temperature conditions; previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform washer functions: placing cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeves, and peeling labels.
2. Dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.
3. Complete paint line operations: loading cylinders, applying paint, and unloading.
4. Operate shot blast, tare weight entry, capper, and stacker equipment.
5. Check for leaks, weight issues, or sleeve malfunctions.
6. Perform refurb operations based on workstation.
7. Stack finished products and check for quality assurance.
