Job summary

Conagra Brands in Henning, Illinois, is seeking a night-shift production associate to monitor and troubleshoot packaging and processing equipment. You will join a team of over 150 associates and help maintain continuous production with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires physical endurance, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration across departments to meet daily production targets. Overtime may be needed to fulfill demand, with a starting hourly rate of $21.14.

Qualifications

• This is a physical position requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional stairs.
• Safety is a priority; PPE will be provided and proper procedures must be followed.
• Experience operating production equipment or in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

At our Henning, IL Conagra Plant, we're producing Cooking sprays including PAM.

Reporting to the Production Team Lead, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 150 associates.

Schedule: Mon–Fri
Shift: Nights
Starting Pay: 21.14

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• You will operate all different machines and equipment. Along with monitoring and troubleshooting the production equipment, you will be supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers.
• You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.
• This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us; we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment.

Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand
