Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Production Specialist to join our factory team. The role offers full-time hours with a four-day, 10-hour shift structure and a 3-day weekend every week, starting early mornings.

You will contribute to crafting high-grade furniture on-site with competitive pay and a full benefits package. Candidates should have 1–3 years of related experience, read blueprints, operate woodworking machines, and perform upholstery and assembly tasks.

Location: Downtown St. Louis, MO | Schedule: Day Shift (4x10s, Mon–Thu)

Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring candidates with 1–3 years of experience in any of the following:

• Skilled in operating woodworking machines and hand tools to fabricate high-grade furniture. Must be able to read mechanical drawings, assess blueprints, and prioritize workloads.
• Experienced in upholstering framed seating, airline seating, sofas, or chairs. Strong manual dexterity required.
• Experienced in setting up and operating machinery for cabinetry, countertops, or tabletops. Preferred: Experience with double-end tenoners, edge banders, beam saws, or similar equipment.
• Experience assembling parts and subassemblies using hand tools, schematics, and written instructions in a production environment.
