What You Will Do
  • Build knowledge of products to assemble and manufacture various product lines
  • Performs routine work in all production areas with limited supervision
  • Ensures quality of product using standard operating procedures, templates, training, and good judgment
  • Perform all duties in a professional manner and work as a member of the team
  • Cross departmental duties including warehousing and fulfillment


Who We Are Seeking
  • Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude by diagnosing and repairing complex machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Ability and desire to work as a hands-on team member
  • Strong priority and time management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines when required
  • Familiarity with or ability to train on equipment operation
  • Moderate computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Self-motivating and self-managing with a high degree of creativity and analytical ability
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education


Ability to meet physical requirements of production facility; standing for 2+ hours, extended reach, lifting requirements up to 50lbs, occasionally climb, kneel, or bend. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
