The Video Production Specialist will lead post-production efforts and support high-quality video creation. The ideal candidate excels in editing multi-camera HD footage using Adobe Creative Suite, collaborates effectively with on-screen talent, and brings technical problem-solving skills across the production lifecycle.

This position offers a starting salary of $20+ per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision. life, disability, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.

Working Conditions:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Edit multi-camera HD footage using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and related tools
  • Oversee pre-production: source equipment and software, arrange logistics, and coordinate closely with talent for a seamless shoot experience.
  • During production, steer creative choices—lighting, camera angles, audio monitoring—to enhance quality.
  • Manage post-production: organize footage and assets, craft rough cuts, mix audio, color-grade, encode digital masters, add captions, create promo clips, and upload finished courses to the learning platform.
  • Work closely with content and production teams to ensure video quality and brand consistency
  • Identify and resolve technical and creative issues during shoots and in post
  • Maintain quality control throughout all phases of production
  • Remote preparation and production of webinars and related content
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the company and department.
  • Ability to multitask and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with talent and team members.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and troubleshooting abilities

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of video editing or production experience (agency, in-house, freelancer) required
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
  • Experience with ATEM mini or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with multi-camera editing and professional recording equipment required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film/Media, or related field or professional experience required

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
