Shifts available:

• 1st: 6am-2:30pm
• 2nd: 2:30pm-10pm
• 3rd: 10pm-6am
• Weekend: Fri, Sat, Sun, 6am-6pm

• Reading and following route sheets, signing off on work, and adhering to schedules.
• Recording data in Excel and managing work orders in the ERP system.
• Inspecting work according to IPC, ISO, control plans, and job aids.
• Participating in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identifying defects with high attention to detail.
• Using basic computer skills for data entry, internet navigation, and email communication.

Ideal candidates:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferably have PCB manufacturing experience, but it's not required.
• Can interpret customer and IPC specifications accurately.
• Can stand for entire shifts and work on your feet for long periods.
• Are reliable and flexible for overtime.
