Northfield Production Specialist $2,000 Hiring Bonus

Job Details

• Location: Northfield, MN
• Shift: First Shift 6AM-2:30PM; Second Shift 2PM-10:30PM; Third Shift 10PM-6:30AM
• Shift Premiums and Wet Room Premiums apply for second and third shifts
• Pay: $18-$23/hour based on experience, plus bonuses and benefits

Responsibilities

• Read, follow, and sign route sheets
• Follow daily work schedules and record data in Excel
• Review and inspect work per IPC, ISO, control plans, and job aids
• Move work orders in ERP system
• Participate in cross-training, continuous improvement, and 5S initiatives
• Identify defects and take responsibility for personal performance
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 18 years or older
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, work on feet long hours, and lift 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime
• Comfort working near chemicals in Wetroom
• Successfully complete training and pass tests
