Production Specialist

ALAMCO creates world‑class glulam mass timber beams and utility poles. The Production Specialist is a position with an opportunity to learn new skills and produce a product you can take pride in.

Job Details

Full‑time Regular, Albert Lea, MN, US. Work Week: Monday - Friday and/or Saturdays as needed. Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm plus overtime as needed. Salary: $20.48 per hour.

Type of Work

This position will work in a production environment to lift, stack, glue, sand, and trim boards of lumber to form custom mass timber beams and glulam utility poles. Must be comfortable with consistent heavy lifting (up to 75 pounds) and willing to get dirty. Uniforms and safety equipment provided. Work in sheltered but hot & cold environments.
