CP Brands Group is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Apparel Production and Sourcing Manager to join our team. Must have denim and woven experience in children’s wear. Walmart experience a plus. This is a full‑time position based in our NY Office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all production across multiple factories, as well as production assistant and sourcing manager
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and other paperwork is obtained in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the creative teams to ensure that the production meets their vision
• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure all factories are on track for an on‑time delivery
• Monitor production quality and ensure that all requirements are met
• Resolve any production‑related issues in a timely and professional manner – collaborate with sales and design teams when necessary
• Negotiate with factories to hit better pricing, works with manager of sourcing to cross‑source items and secure best prices
• Required to travel to new factories (Bangladesh, Madagascar, Pakistan, India)

Requirements and Qualifications
