Granite-Tops/Stone Countertop Outlet is seeking a Production / Shop Rover to support shop and production operations. The role focuses on fabrications, CNC prep, saw operations, hand-finishing, and material movement.

You may assist with installation tasks when needed and help keep workflows efficient across multiple production functions. The position is hands-on, cross-trained, and requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Basic shop safety knowledge and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn fabrication equipment and processes.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CNC machine operation and setup under supervision.
• Operate saw machines and shop equipment as trained.
• Perform hand polishing, finishing, and basic fabrication tasks.
• Load and unload materials for cutting and fabrication.
• Assist production staging and workflow support.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Assist in backsplash fabrication and operation of fastest back machine.
• Support solid surface fabrication tasks including sanding and minor repairs.
