Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards; training provided as needed.
• Ability to obtain required tugger operation certification within 90 days of appointment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Training, coaching, and developing line colleagues while maintaining the training matrix.

• Monitoring production operations to ensure quality, safety, and targets are met.
