Webasto SE in Plymouth-Detroit MI is seeking a production supervisor with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience. You will train, coach, and develop line colleagues and maintain the training matrix to ensure skill coverage.

You will lead daily production activities, plan material flow, monitor quality and safety, and drive improvements to reduce waste and boost line performance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential; tugger operation certification must be obtained within 90 days.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Proven leadership abilities to motivate, guide, and support production teams.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards; training provided as needed.
• Ability to obtain required tugger operation certification within 90 days of appointment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for a fast-paced team environment.
