Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety programs.
• Knowledge of quality systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to hourly employees on the assigned shift.
• Track attendance and schedule vacations; ensure compliance with the employee handbook.
• Conduct daily shift meetings to update production levels, delivery performance, and quality metrics.
• Supervise daily staffing and output to meet planned productivity.
• Motivate and provide clear direction to hourly and temporary personnel.
• Ensure training, required tools, and accountability for personnel.
