Job summary

Sika, a global leader in specialty chemicals for construction and industrial markets, is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor in Colorado. You will lead a shift team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations, partner with EHS, production, and maintenance, and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in chemical plant operations, strong leadership, and experience with SAP maintenance systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in chemical plant operations.
• Experience with SAP maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of PSM and RCMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals.
• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies.
• Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes.
• Ensure procedures are followed and updated.
• Coach and evaluate team members to build a high‑performance culture.
• Participate in root cause analysis and reliability reviews.
• Support continuous improvement and plant optimization.
• Perform technician duties when needed.
• Identify training needs and support development initiatives.

Job Description

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, teamwork, and operational excellence? Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and help drive safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations.

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations during your shift. You’ll support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities by guiding your team, improving processes, and helping build a high‑performing work environment.

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year

Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm MST

• Experience with SAP maintenance systems
