• Direct the work of all shift personnel and meet daily objectives.
• Train Production Associates III/II with support from supervisor.
• Sign off on best practices, audits, and quality forms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Support supervisor in safety and production area coverage.
