Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Idaho/Nampa is seeking a capable Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities on C Shift. You will lead a team, assign tasks, ensure quality output, and manage schedules while coaching staff and enforcing company policies.

The role requires a high school diploma (associates preferred) and 2+ years of related experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience required; two or more years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assignments based on daily department needs; ensure quality products and meet metrics.
• Perform people leader activities: approve time off, conduct performance appraisals, coaching, disciplinary actions.
• Communicate daily schedules, goals, quality issues to employees, other shifts, and support staff.
• Ensure personnel are trained to assembly build instructions and comply with training requirements; adjust staffing to meet schedules.
• Support and lead improvement initiatives to enhance safety, cleanliness, quality and efficiency.
