Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Production Support professional in Pennington, NJ to deliver client-facing, infrastructure services aligned with business objectives. You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and coordinate permanent fixes while ensuring SLAs and business continuity.

The role requires expert Splunk, MFA, IAM, and cybersecurity framework knowledge, with 24/7 on-call support and 3 days onsite per week. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of production support experience.
Expert-level knowledge of MFA technologies and Splunk.
Experience with Windows OS, RedHat Linux, SQL queries, SQL/Oracle and other databases.
Knowledge of RedHat Linux OpenShift containers, Atlassian JIRA, Horizon, GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins, ITSM Remedy, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, PowerShell/Unix scripting, cloud, and CI/CD DevOps tools.
Knowledge of the 5 C's of cybersecurity: Change, Compliance, Cost, Continuity, and Coverage.
Medium-level SIEM/SOAR administration and security operations experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Splunk searches, dashboards, alerts, and playbooks.
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, and incident response.
Excellent knowledge of Identity, Authentication and Access Management (IAM), including SRE and DevOps.
Senior-level production support and troubleshooting skills in SIEM/SOAR, Splunk, and IAM technologies.
Ability to comply with bank regulatory and compliance policies.
Expert-level Linux experience and proficiency with Splunk queries.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Availability for 24/7 on-call coverage and off-hours work as needed.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
CISSP or equivalent Information Security certification is desirable.
Strong understanding of network technologies.
