Job summary

AbelCine, a full-service equipment and technology provider, seeks a Production Services Coordinator for its NYC headquarters. You will develop talent pools, source and deploy personnel for multi-cam live and recorded events, on-site installations, and internal projects, while ensuring customer and talent satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in on-set production and labor staffing in entertainment, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film/Media or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years on-set production experience.
• 2+ years supporting Labor Staffing in entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin for vendors, clients, and outside partners.
• Determine project staffing needs with Production Services team.
• Create and submit detailed labor estimates; negotiate crew rates within budget.
• Provide show totals and finalize billing; manage crew confirmations.
• Onboard talent into Salesforce and HRIS; collect onboarding docs.
• Submit POs for labor invoices and travel/expense reports; assist accounting.
• Book travel for Production Services personnel as needed.
