Job summary

AbelCine, a full-service equipment and technology provider, seeks a Production Services Coordinator in our NYC headquarters. You will manage talent pools, deploy personnel for multi-cam live and recorded events, coordinate onboarding in Salesforce and HRIS, and ensure smooth client and crew experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in production and labor staffing within entertainment, strong communication, and the ability to navigate payroll and contracts.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Film Production or Media.
• Experience coordinating personnel for productions and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin for vendors, clients and outside partners.
• Create and submit labor estimates and negotiate crew rates.
• Provide show totals and finalized billing to sales/project management.
• Coordinate crew confirmations, availability and onboarding in systems.
• Travel arrangement and timesheet/expense processing for crew.
