Job summary

Avient in Ohio seeks a plant operator to set up and run equipment that blends dry and liquid chemicals into customer products. The role focuses on quality and efficiency to meet specifications and delivery requirements.

Shifts available: 1st 7:00AM-5:30PM, 2nd 1:00PM-11:30PM, 3rd 7:00PM-5:30AM; starting pay $24-$30+ per hour with shift differential, overtime possible on Fridays. This is a hands-on manufacturing position offering stability and benefits.

Pay: Starting @ $24.00 - $30.00+ (Based on experience + Shift Differential!)

Hours: 1st Shift / 7:00AM - 5:30PM, 2nd Shift / 1:00PM - 11:30PM, 3rd Shift / 7:00PM - 5:30AM

Days: Monday (or Sunday) through Thursday - Overtime on Friday possible

Position is responsible for set up and operation of machinery to combine dry and/or liquid chemicals into customer products. Ensures the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and meets customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Avient policies and procedures.
