Pay: $18.21 per hour starting + 1$ shift differential for off shifts.

Hours:

2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

3rd shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

What is the job: As a Production Operator at Avient, you'll set up and operate equipment to blend, mix, or transport chemicals that make up our customer products, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency. You'll also be responsible for machine maintenance, quality control, data recording, and supporting the company's vision and principles while adhering to safety and regulatory rules.
