Fireclay Tile is seeking a Scheduling Assistant on-site in Aromas, CA. This hourly role supports Production Planning and Sales & Client Support by auditing and prioritizing work, and by ensuring timely updates across teams.

You’ll use Salesforce, Asana, and Slack to keep production on track and optimize inventory and processes. As a collaborative, detail‑oriented contributor, you will help drive efficiency, monitor order status, and escalate critical late orders as needed, always aiming to

• Knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools useful for task automation and data sorting.
• Strong communication skills across production, sales, and client support.
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Audit, prioritize, and monitor product status across teams.
• Communicate updates between Production and Sales & Client Support on a daily basis.
• Maintain tools and information needed for on‑time execution of schedules.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Create and track tasks in Asana for late orders with deadlines and owners.
• Prepare KPIs and reports to inform leadership decisions.
