Job summary

Fireclay Tile, Inc. is seeking a Sample Fulfillment & Operations Manager to lead daily operations in the Sample Department at the Aromas, CA factory, ensuring accurate, high‑quality sample orders and strong brand alignment.

You will drive 5S, inventory control, and cross‑functional collaboration to support sales growth and customer experience, reporting to the VP of Manufacturing in a salary role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of people management experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or operations.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish required.
• Proactive communicator who owns outbound updates and notifies delays within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Sample Department, including pick–and–pack workflows.
• Manage end-to-end inventory and SKU control; cycle counts and replenishment.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehousing, and Marketing for go‑to‑market changes.
• Drive 5S/continuous improvement and partner with Technology to optimize order routing and tracking.
• Lead the team with daily huddles and report KPIs like fulfillment attainment and accuracy.
