Job summary

UMC is seeking a Production Scheduling Coordinator to manage detailed production scheduling for secondary operations and supporting reports across the Supply Chain. You’ll maintain scheduling for saw, deburring, and OSV activities, monitor rework, and keep critical dashboards current.

You’ll provide cross-functional backup coverage, support purchasing, and learn the Global cleanup process while collaborating with Planning, Purchasing, and Sales teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations management, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing coordination.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor or similar).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate detailed production scheduling for secondary operations and reporting tools.
• Maintain scheduling for saw, deburring, and OSV operations and monitor rework.
• Review dashboards, coordinate prepacking activities, and support cross-functional teams.
• Provide backup for job analysis, cleanup, and scheduling coverage across Supply Chain.
• Assist with forecast reviews and provide backup purchasing support as needed.
