Job summary

B & B Airparts Inc. is seeking a Production Analysis Clerk in Wichita, KS. The role focuses on scheduling and activating new work orders, adjusting capacities, and collaborating with Planning, Contracts, and Production to meet customer delivery requirements.

You will use planning reports, review POs and LTAs, and help ensure timely job creation and workload leveling. Strong English, ERP familiarity, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in an aerospace/aircraft machine shop setting.
• Experience with ERP system preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Material Planning Report to determine Min/Max needs and generate list to Planning to fulfill requirements on a regular basis.
• Review POs and Long Term Agreement spreadsheet to assess quantity needs before submitting lists for Planning.
• Work closely with contracts to ensure customer requirements are accomplished.
• Ensure jobs are created in a timely manner to fulfill PO requirements.
• Evaluate and schedule new workflow created by the Planning team.
• Report forecasting issues to management for review.
