Qualifications

• AS/AA or equivalent plus 6–8 years relevant experience.
• Expert skills in AS400 ERP System (INFOR XA).
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a supply chain role.
• Experience in understanding purchasing contracts, scheduling, and planning.
• Familiar with industry concepts, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule plant production and purchasing in AS400 ERP system.
• Create daily production schedules for multiple shifts and lines.
• Adjust production plan based on customer orders and demand.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through production.
• Coordinate ECO dates with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders clearly.
• Maintain Kanban system where applicable.
• Engage with suppliers, order management, sales, and engineering.
