Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Export, PA is seeking an Associate Production Scheduler to translate supply plans into executable production schedules and ensure on-time, in-full delivery. This role focuses on short-term planning and collaboration with operations to balance capacity and service levels.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree or equivalent in supply chain or related field and 1–2 years of scheduling experience, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing operations.
• APICS certification preferred and SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate supply plans into executable production schedules.
• Generate and maintain near-term process orders based on asset availability.
• Monitor schedule adherence and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in S&OP/S&OE meetings to understand planning priorities.
• Communicate potential service risks to planning and operations teams.
• Assist in root cause analysis for missed service metrics.
