Job summary

IFS INDUSTRIES is seeking a driven Waterbase Production Scheduler to coordinate the daily production schedule and ensure on-time customer orders. This role links Customer Service with Production, manages raw material and packaging needs, and supports batch tickets, labeling, and inventory control.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or production scheduling experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to improve schedule attainment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, customer service, inventory control, or production administration preferred.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and related business systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with Production, Customer Service, Quality, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedule for waterbase manufacturing.
• Serve as primary link between Customer Service and Production for order review and scheduling.
• Coordinate raw material and packaging requirements to support the schedule.
• Provide administrative support through batch tickets, labeling, and inventory counts.
• Monitor schedule performance and communicate changes to affected departments.
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
