Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years in production scheduling and/or purchasing.
• Knowledge of building supply and millwork industry preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data for production scheduling, including orders, machine availability, and inventory.
• Confirm production order completion and closing.
• Review daily inventory for production materials.
• Determine machinery/utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Track production volumes and flag schedule risks.
• Manage order data entry, reporting, and document control.
• Create production orders and order materials as needed.
• Collaborate with other locations to rebalance demand.
