We're looking for an experienced Senior Scheduler to own an enterprise-level integrated master schedule and bring alignment to demand, capacity, materials, and production execution within an industrial manufacturing organization.

In this role, You'll partner closely with the Master Scheduler and cross-functional teams to connect long-range planning, weekly scheduling, and shop-floor execution. You'll identify constraints, evaluate scheduling scenarios, and drive corrective actions that strengthen production performance and support customer delivery commitments.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain a rolling 12-24-month enterprise master schedule that aligns backlog, forecasts, capacity, and material readiness.
  • Partner with the Master Scheduler to align long- and short-range schedules, while working with Project Management and Sales to validate demand and confirm customer promise dates.
  • Provide customer-facing schedule feedback, delivery updates, and capability assessments within 48 hours of a request.
  • Drive monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) and weekly scheduling cycles to ensure operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Planning to confirm material availability, support production sequencing, and resolve capacity or material constraints.
  • Maintain ERP planning parameters, routings, and job structures to support accurate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) outputs.
  • Use Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and ERP scheduling tools for load leveling, scenario modeling, and schedule-risk analysis.
  • Monitor schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and production throughput; develop recovery plans and elevate issues that threaten delivery commitments.
  • Mentor schedulers and planners on scheduling standards, data accuracy, and planning best practices.
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in production scheduling, master scheduling, or capacity planning.
  • Proven experience supporting both long-range master schedules and short-term production schedules.
  • Experience providing customer-facing delivery updates and production capability assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced production scheduling, material planning, capacity modeling, and ERP/MRP systems, including multi-site resource planning.
  • Experience leading integrated planning cycles such as SIOP, with strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Education

A BA or BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

Preferred Qualifications
  • APICS certifications such as CPIM or CSCP, or PMP certification.
  • 10 years of prior experience as a Senior Scheduler.
  • Experience in fast-paced industrial manufacturing, along with knowledge of lean flow and constraint-based scheduling.
Why Consider This Opportunity?

Put your scheduling expertise to work in a role that directly influences production performance and customer delivery. You'll help turn complex demand, capacity, and material requirements into executable plans while strengthening planning discipline across teams.
