Flagstone Foods is seeking a Production Scheduler in Robersonville, NC to develop and manage short-term production schedules aligning demand, materials, labor, and capacity.

You will work with Production, Materials Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure efficient execution, maximize schedule attainment, and support on-time delivery while optimizing inventory. Experience with SAP is required; Lean/Six Sigma and CPIM are preferred.

Competenze

• BS or BA in Business or Technical Field or 2 years minimum supply chain/production scheduling/demand planning/production experience.
• Food and Beverage industry experience beneficial.
• Demonstrated proficiency with an Enterprise Resource Planning System for manufacturing; experience working with ERP SAP software preferred.
• Continuous improvement and Lean/TOC/Six Sigma certifications and experience preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification helpful.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain daily production schedules within SAP.
• Ensure planning master data, production versions, resources, and scheduling parameters support accurate scheduling.
• Convert production requirements into optimized manufacturing sequences to maximize line utilization and minimize changeovers.
• Schedule finished goods and WIP to support customer demand and inventory objectives.
• Ensure transactional accuracy to support MRP and production planning activities.
• Monitor schedule adherence and production attainment, identifying gaps and implementing recovery plans.
• Perform finite scheduling with consideration of labor, equipment, and material availability.
• Align production schedule with inventory and service targets.
• Collaborate with Materials Planners to ensure material availability and address shortages.
• Partner with Procurement, Warehouse and Manufacturing teams to resolve supply disruptions.
• Manage schedule impacts from customer demand changes, downtime, and inventory variances.
• Facilitate daily communication across Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Escalate critical risks and recommend mitigation plans.
