Spring Glen Fresh Foods is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and inventory needs. This role collaborates with Operations, Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality to ensure on-time fulfillment and accurate records.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in production scheduling or manufacturing operations, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or production scheduling systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Understanding of GMPs and food safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develops daily and weekly production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity.
• Collaborates with Operations to create efficient, cost-effective production plans.
• Monitors production progress and revises schedules to address shortages or issues.
• Communicates schedules and changes to Operations, Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality.
• Reviews inventory and shipment reports to ensure inventory accuracy and support order fulfillment.
• Coordinates with Warehouse to resolve material availability issues.
• Works with Accounting and Customer Service on scheduling or order-related concerns.
• Prepares and distributes production, inventory, and performance reports.
• Identifies scheduling challenges and recommends improvements.
• Maintains scheduling records and production documentation.
