Job summary

SSBO in Oregon is seeking a Shipping/Process Verifications role to help ensure accurate processing across multiple work centers. You will provide critical information on process records and inventory locations to leadership and support through-put milestones from wax through dock.

The role requires experience in shipping within a manufacturing setting, ability to read router instructions, and familiarity with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping department experience required, with manufacturing shipping experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing process routers.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems, preferably computerized systems.
• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to organize workloads efficiently and has good to attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• To assist in delivering accurate processing of product over multiple work centers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

Manufacturing Process Verification

Objective

1. To accurately review process router information to aid shipments in a timely manner.

Typical Activities

1. Communicates daily with planning, sales and quality to ensure transparency of products through final processing milestone.
