Job summary

You will act as the hub between sales, customer service, and production teams, ensuring deadlines are met and schedules are optimized.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage daily/weekly production schedules.
• Prioritize and allocate jobs based on deadlines, resources, and equipment availability.
• Communicate clearly with team members about job status, changes, or issues.
• Track progress of jobs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Anticipate scheduling challenges and adjust proactively.
• Order and manage inventory of production supplies.
• Schedule and coordinate installers for graphics/signage jobs.
• Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries for completed jobs.
• Assist in production where needed to meet timelines.
• Maintain records and assist with workflow improvements.
