Job summary

IFS INDUSTRIES in Garland, TX is seeking a hands-on Waterbase Production Scheduler to coordinate daily production and align customer service with manufacturing. You will manage scheduling, material coordination, batch tickets, labeling, and inventory counts to support on-time delivery.

The role requires experience in manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production scheduling, customer service, inventory control, or production administration preferred.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer orders for completeness and production requirements.
• Schedule waterbase products for production based on customer requirements, capacity, and priorities.
• Assign products to production tanks considering batch size, equipment, and product compatibility.
• Maintain and update the waterbase production schedule as orders change.
• Coordinate schedule changes with Production, Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Initiate packaging and raw material requests per the production schedule.
