Job summary

IFS INDUSTRIES, INC. is seeking a hands-on Waterbase Production Scheduler to coordinate the daily production schedule for waterbase manufacturing.

You will serve as the primary link between Customer Service and Production, ensuring orders are reviewed, scheduled, and communicated accurately. The role requires ERP/MRP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production scheduling preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Strong Excel and related business systems skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain daily waterbase production schedule.
• Review customer orders for completeness and requirements.
• Schedule production based on capacity, materials, and priorities.
• Coordinate packaging and raw material requests.
• Provide schedule updates to Customer Service and Production.
• Maintain batch tickets and labeling accuracy.
• Support inventory cycle counting and material transfers.
