Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or 4 years of work experience.
• 3+ years of scheduling experience preferred.
• 1+ years of Adage ERP scheduling system experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between order management and labor management, operations and customers.
• Develop master production schedules for finished goods and components based on capacity.
• Provide daily schedules by SKU to manufacturing and purchasing and track production metrics.
• Lead standard Master Production Scheduling processes per MRPII methodology.
• Maintain communication with departments to meet production priorities and minimize impact on service.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings and collaborate with customer planners to meet expectations.
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory processes to maintain accuracy.
