Job summary

Premier Marine is seeking a Production Scheduler to own near-term production planning and daily sequencing for pontoon manufacturing. You will translate the Master Scheduler's plan into a detailed, time-phased schedule and maintain it as conditions change, serving as the central point for schedule updates and communication.

You will work closely with Production leadership and various functions to ensure on-time delivery, while supporting continuous improvement and governance of the schedule in a

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing scheduling, production control, planning, or operations experience.
• Experience in a discrete manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP/MRP system skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of changing production information.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with mixed-model or high-variation production is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the detailed daily and weekly production schedule based on direction from the Master Scheduler.
• Translate master production plan into specific production dates and sequences.
• Maintain rolling schedule and ensure updates are reflected in scheduling systems and tools.
• Sequence production to support stable manufacturing flow and business priorities.
• Incorporate approved changes due to demand, constraints, or quality issues.
• Serve as the central point for schedule updates and communication across teams.
• Track schedule attainment and provide visibility to upcoming production priorities.
• Escalate schedule risks to leadership when needed.
• Develop and maintain standard work for production scheduling and improve schedule visibility.
