Freudenberg Residential Filtration Technologies Inc. is seeking a production scheduler to design and manage detailed schedules that align with sales orders and inventory, coordinating across production, procurement, and logistics.

You will monitor progress, adjust plans for delays or changes in demand, and maintain precise records of production orders. The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP proficiency, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in production scheduling or a similar role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule Planning: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales orders, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
• Coordination: Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure resources and materials are available as needed.
• Monitoring: Track production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays, equipment failures, or changes in demand.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Customer Service Support: address any material shortages or delays and adjust plans to meet production requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production orders and prepare reports as required.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in production scheduling and inventory management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
