Responsibilities

• Promotes a safe and accident-free workplace.
• Develops and maintains daily/weekly production schedules.
• Creates, distributes, and tracks production work orders.
• Monitors progress and updates schedules as priorities change.
• Coordinates with purchasing and inventory for material availability.
• Tracks inventory levels and reports shortages or excess.
• Updates ERP/MRP with production, inventory, and scheduling data.
• Maintains records, reports, and documentation.
• Assists with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Communicates schedule changes to supervisors and teams.
• Monitors work orders and follows up on delays.
• Generates reports on production performance and delivery.
• Supports customer order tracking and delivery status updates.
• Contributes to continuous improvement in scheduling and inventory control.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
