API Delevan, Inc. inColumbia City, IN is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan, schedule, and release production orders. This onsite role aligns customer requirements with production resources and manages inventory planning to ensure on-time delivery to Regal Rexnord customers.

The candidate will coordinate schedules for production, processing, assembly, and packaging, while leveraging ERP systems and lean practices. Strong data-driven problem solving and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
• Experience with ERP systems, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven approach to work.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and practical application experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and release production orders to maximize on-time delivery while minimizing inventory and costs.
• Schedule production, processing, assembly, and packaging activities.
• Manage resources, tools, and equipment for the production process.
• Implement scheduling changes due to backlogs or material shortages.
• Drive root-cause analysis to improve on-time delivery and reduce scrap.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
