Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate the production plan into sequenced, time-phased tasks for manufacturing operations. You will work with production, planning, materials, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of Excellerate and respond quickly to real-time changes.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in scheduling, experience in manufacturing environments, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in production scheduling or shop floor coordination.
• Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing or configure-to-order environments preferred.
• Travel: 0-10%.
• Typical work hours: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; schedule may flex to meet needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules that sequence work orders across lines, work centers and shifts.
• Coordinate daily with production, planning, materials and logistics to review schedule adherence and resolve issues.
• Release work orders and prioritize urgent or at-risk orders to meet customer commitments.
• Maintain scheduling data in ERP/APS, track KPIs, and generate reports on performance and trends.
• Identify scheduling improvements to reduce lead times and improve throughput.
